A coffee adventure

This month a few members of our Food & Beverage team have been on an adventure… a coffee adventure!

Kerry and Fiona attended the Matthew Algie Coffee School in Glasgow who provide training on all things coffee. The purpose of attending the school was to help us better understand the products we offer in our Clubhouses.

Our coffee education covered several different areas including the skills and knowledge of coffee production, processing and of course brewing.

Our lovely trainer Caroline showed us the art of coffee, teaching us how to make the perfect cup just how you like it to barista standards.

…but I still have some fine polishing to do.
